The Ministry of Culture (Minicult) is a collection of notes, thoughts, memoranda, and public service announcements directly from the Desk of the Minister concerning art, artifice, and life in the modern age. The Minister reserves the right to comment on any topic, though given his proclivities and interests, one may reasonably expect materials to focus on technology, Geekery, Metaphysics, Politics, and Religion.

The Minister has no expectation that the thoughts, songs, and lamentations loosed upon the cacophonous void of the Internet will find receptive ears.

The hope: catharsis.
